Apple devices will support HEIF or HEIC (High Efficiency Image File) format. Our software cannot currently upload images in this format.
If you screenshot the HEIC image, it will change to a PNG image which can be uploaded.
If you need to send us HEIF/HEIC images, please email them to [email protected] with your Horse ID in the subject line of the email.
You can change the following setting on your phone which will cause your future photos to be saved as more compatible JPEG images.
Settings > Camera > Formats and choose Most Compatible rather than High Efficiency.
